 As shown above, the online survey system doesn’t ask for your personal information but only Name yet if you don’t wish to disclose it please kindly give a name that includes the sector (Private/Government/INGO/NGO/Donor/Academician) that you represent. For example if you are from private sector, Private896 or P56.
